FormBuilder is a general-purpose application than can be used for:

• Replacing paper processes (purchase requests, student forms, etc.)
• Conference and other event registrations
• Collecting credit card payments with the approved campus iPay system

Forms can be designed to collect data, move it through a custom workflow, and notify other people or computer systems of a form's status. Many forms can be designed, created, and managed by unit staff without a programmer.  FormBuilder does have advanced functionality for programmers to programaticaly extract data and manipulate forms.
