Amanda Wang

Amanda Wang is a senior majoring in Geography and Geographic Information Science. She is a Data Analyst working with the ATLAS Data Services team to create specific reports for the ATLAS Internship Program. These reports will be available to ATLAS and College Leadership, and the resulting reports will be published in the ATLAS Data Services Center, which securely delivers reports to members of the University. Through her internship, she has learned to use Tableau, as well as SQL, MS SQL, and MS SQL Reporting Services. Amanda is currently learning ways to best visualize data using Tableau, including how to clean up data and use different functionalities of the application to present her findings. In the future, she hopes to work in logistics for an airline. From her ATLAS Internship, she hopes to gain confidence in her presentation skills and knowledge of how to succeed in professional environments. Fun fact: My favorite movie is Everything Everywhere All At Once!
