Anoushka Grover is a rising senior majoring in Statistics, and she has spent two semesters as an ATLAS intern. She heard about the ATLAS Internship Program through department emails and newsletters and joined to gain hands-on experience bridging the gap between classroom learning and real-world applications. Anoushka wanted to work with innovative companies where she could apply her skills in content creation and marketing while also learning new tools and strategies, and she found ATLAS to be the perfect environment to explore her interests.

As a Digital Marketing Intern at Earnest Agriculture, Anoushka is responsible for developing strategic, audience-focused digital content that aligns with the company’s mission to promote sustainable farming. She writes YouTube scripts using a clear, structured format to highlight key messages, designs thumbnails, sources B-roll, and manages the full content production process. She creates captioned image posts, schedules them via Buffer, and writes platform-specific copy for small farm owners and agri-entrepreneurs. She also participates in audience research, persona development, and SEO analysis to ensure content is engaging and optimized for discovery.

Through this role, Anoushka has developed technical proficiency in tools such as Ahrefs for SEO research, WordPress for content management, Buffer for scheduling, Canva for design, and ChatGPT for content drafting. She has also strengthened key soft skills including communication, storytelling, time management, and collaboration. Working within a dynamic team, she has learned to produce brand-aligned content while meeting deadlines and incorporating feedback effectively.

Anoushka has learned that good content isn’t just about creativity; it’s about understanding your audience. She is pursuing a career that blends data analysis with digital marketing and aims to work at the intersection of storytelling and data-driven decision-making. In her free time, she enjoys art, which motivates her creative expression both professionally and personally.
