Anoushka Grover

Introducing Anoushka Grover, a senior majoring in Statistics and in her fourth semester with the program, making her one of the most tenured members of the program. She initially learned about the ATLAS Internship Program through department emails and newsletters and decided to join to apply the technical skills she developed in class to real-world projects. Anoushka is an IT intern for the Lemann Center for Brazilian Studies. In this role, she maintains and updates the center’s website using web tools by creating event pages, updating funding opportunities, and ensuring information is accurate and up-to-date. She also prepares and formats content for the weekly newsletter, verifies event details, and ensures consistency between the website and newsletter. Additionally, she reviews website pages for outdated content, broken links, accessibility issues, and formatting inconsistencies, implementing improvements such as adding alt text and improving page structure. Through her time in the program, Anoushka has developed strong technical skills in content management systems, particularly Webtools, as well as digital content organization and accessibility practices. She has gained experience structuring web content to improve readability and usability while maintaining consistency across platforms. She has also strengthened her communication, time management, and attention to detail through regular collaboration and independent work. From ATLAS, she has learned that even small details in digital spaces—such as formatting, links, and organization—can significantly impact user experience. After graduation, Anoushka hopes to pursue a career that combines data, technology, and problem-solving, with a focus on data-driven decision-making and building effective systems. Anoushka enjoys art and spending time sketching and exploring different creative styles.
