Audrey Niezyniecki, a sophomore studying English and Sociology, is building her technology skills through the ATLAS InternshipProgram to prepare for her future career. As a Digital Communication Specialist for the Neuroscience Program, she creates andmanages seminar emails, writes news summaries for the website, and designs/promotes Instagram content. Throughout theinternship, Audrey has strengthened technical skills in Webtools email creation and social media design, along with soft skills suchas communication, organization, teamwork, and time management. A key lesson she’s taking away is learning how to balanceinternship tasks, professional development, and academic work effectively. She hopes to pursue a master’s in library sciences andeventually work in a library or museum—and she enjoys black-and-white photography in her free time.
