Isaac Sentman is a junior majoring in Statistics, who joined the ATLAS Internship Program to gain professional experience and expand his technical skill set. His role as a Data Systems Analyst for the nonprofit Feeding Our Kids has allowed him to apply his skills in a real-world setting, working on projects that directly benefit the community. Isaac's responsibilities include maintaining the organization’s website, managing records in Keela (a nonprofit CRM software), and creating data visualizations and reports that demonstrate the effectiveness of the food delivery programs. Through these tasks, he has gained valuable experience in Python programming, Excel, and the Keela software, as well as developing website design skills specifically for the nonprofit’s needs. In addition to technical growth, Isaac has also strengthened his collaboration skills, learning how to work effectively with a client and other interns. This experience in teamwork and client interaction has prepared him well for his future career goals. Isaac aspires to become a data engineer, and his work at Feeding Our Kids has provided a solid foundation in data systems and analytics. Outside of his professional pursuits, Isaac enjoys playing the piano, a hobby that complements his analytical mindset with a creative outlet.
