Meet Jordan Fitzgerald, a senior majoring in Global Studies at the University of Illinois Urbana–Champaign and currently working as a Digital Marketing Intern with Earnest Agriculture through the ATLAS Internship Program. Jordan joined ATLAS to build her professional experience before graduation and has been developing a range of digital communication materials, including a blog post on pesticide alternatives and a content stack for YouTube and social media. Through her internship, she has gained valuable technical skills in SEO, scriptwriting, and social media strategy, while also strengthening soft skills in communication and time management. One key lesson Jordan is taking away from ATLAS is the importance of embracing new learning opportunities for both personal and professional growth. Looking ahead, she hopes to pursue a career in governmental relations or consulting—and recently, she rediscovered her love of reading, calling Blood Over Bright Haven the best book she’s ever read.
