Josh Romauld is a junior majoring in Statistics and Computer Science who joined the ATLAS Internship Program to gain experience in a structured, real-world setting. Learning about the program through friends and classmates, he was drawn to the variety of projects offered to interns and the valuable experience it provides.

As a Business Process Improvement Intern, Josh's role involves building forms using the Formbuilder application, coordinating effectively with teammates, and presenting his progress at intern meetings. Through this role, he has gained technical skills in using Formbuilder, which he has become increasingly adept at through consistent practice. His responsibilities have also strengthened his soft skills in leadership, time management, communication, and presentation. By spacing out his work and managing deadlines, Josh has become more efficient in balancing his tasks.

Looking ahead, Josh aims to further develop his programming skills and secure a full-time software engineering role. Outside his academic and professional interests, he enjoys mint-flavored treats.
