As a Training & Performance Improvement Intern with University Payroll & Benefits, she has contributed to major documentation projects, improved process templates through manager collaboration, and integrated AI tools like Microsoft Copilot to streamline workflows. Through this work, Maham strengthened skills in process documentation, AI-assisted editing, digital accessibility, project management, and professional communication. One key lesson she’s taking away is the importance of combining technology with strong teamwork and clear communication to drive meaningful progress.
