Mingxia Wu, a senior majoring in Accountancy and Statistics, joined the ATLAS Internship Program to enhance her data reporting and programming skills. She knew about the ATLAS Internship Program through website research.
Mingxia worked as a Data Analyst Intern for ATLAS data team. Her role involved utilizing Excel and Tableau for dataset cleaning, conducting critical analyses, and developing interactive Tableau dashboards that visualize student enrollment trends.
During Mingxia’s internship, she gained practical skills in data visualization, data cleaning, and presentation, sharpening her analytical expertise with Tableau and Excel. Additionally, Mingxia’s experience has helped her become proficient in conveying complex data insights, which will support her in achieving her goal of becoming a data analyst.
Outside of Mingxia’s professional interests, she is a music enthusiast, with TNT as her favorite music band.
