As a Training and Performance Improvement Intern for University Payroll and Benefits, Rikhita’s responsibilities include evaluating processes, assisting with process analysis, reviewing online resources for accessibility, converting infographics to online formats, and standardizing naming conventions.
During Rikhita’s internship, she developed technical skills in tools like Excel, Teams, and Outlook, alongside soft skills in communication and time management. She learned valuable insights into teamwork, working with clients, and office dynamics, helping her envision her future career. In the future, Rikhita plans to pursue a career in technology, focusing on data, AI, or machine learning.
