Ruudrakshi Ganguly is a freshman in Chemical Engineering who joined the ATLAS Internship Program to build early professional experience and strengthen her technical skills. As a Workflow Analyst on the Business Process Improvement Team, she creates workflow diagrams, improves departmental forms, and helps design new tools such as a travel form for the Political Science Department. Through her internship, Ruudrakshi has gained hands-on experience with workflow analysis and ATLAS' FormBuilder while also developing communication, time management, and presentation skills. One key lesson she’s learned is that project clarity often comes through collaboration—working with a team can turn uncertainty into a clear and effective process. She hopes to pursue a future career in the energy or pharmaceutical industries, and a fun fact: she speaks six languages!
