Sarah Razafsha

My name is Sarah Razafsha, and I am a senior at the University of Illinois. I am currently interning with the ATLAS TLT Team as a Communications Specialist. In my current capacity, I work on creating graphics and tweets for the Learn@Illinois Moodle Twitter account. I have been working in communications and social media internships with ATLAS for over a year. These experiences have allowed me to gain an understanding of how important the use of social media is for companies and organizations. My favorite aspect of the internship is being able to meet so many individuals through both the ATLAS Internship Program and the TLT Team.

In terms of academics, I am a part of the English Honors Program and have a minor in informatics. My academic interests include information technology, literature, and science. My favorite classes at the University of Illinois have been Calculus, Informatics 303 "Writing Across Media," and English 396 "Nature and the Non-Human in Medieval Britain." I am also a member of various organizations: the professional biology fraternity Beta Psi Omega, Illini Fighting Hunger, and a national honor fraternity called Phi Sigma Pi. Finally, my favorite animal is the Orca!
