Sofia Dietrich, a senior majoring in English, is a Business Process Improvement Intern with the ATLAS team. In this role, Sofia's primary focus is on mastering FormBuilder, contributing to the development and testing of crucial forms, and engaging in collaborative meetings with (LAS). Currently, Sofia is immersed in the creation of a four-phase fee reimbursement form. While her sights are set on pursuing a career as a technical writer upon graduation, Sofia remains open to opportunities that may lead her down unexpected yet exciting paths. Reflecting on her ATLAS internship experience, Sofia shares that it has been a journey of self-discovery and growth, instilling in her the confidence to embrace new challenges and expand her horizons. Beyond her academic and professional pursuits, Sofia finds joy and fulfillment in her musical talents, particularly as a skilled harpist. Playing in the Philharmonia Orchestra at UIUC has been a source of some of her most cherished memories, adding a harmonious balance to her collegiate journey.
