Stevan Vranjes is a senior majoring in Econometrics & Quant Econ and Statistics. He heard of the ATLAS internship program
through department emails and newsletters, and decided to join to gain experience in project management. He found ATLAS to be a
good fit, as it would teach him how to collaborate with a team to complete real-world projects remotely. Stevan is an intern in the
Workflow Analyst role on the ATLAS Business Process Improvement Team. He is responsible for creating a mock Pizza/Food takeout
UIUC FormBuilder form, developing a registration form for BIOC 290, and creating a registration form for BIOC 492. Stevan has
acquired technical skills in UIUC FormBuilder, having learned how to create forms and understand the program's technical
components. He also developed presentation skills, including creating PowerPoint slides and delivering weekly work updates. Stevan
has developed his communication and public speaking skills through interactions with his teammates and clients. Stevan has
learned the importance of time management through his internship experience, as it is crucial to start work early and ask questions
to stay ahead, thereby maximizing efficiency and ensuring tasks are up to date. In the future, Stevan plans to pursue a career in
data science or finance, where he can apply his technical and programming skills to work with large datasets on significant projects.
In his free time, Stevan enjoys cooking: specifically, making new pasta and learning new recipes.
