Stuti Pai is a junior double-majoring in Economics and Psychology. She heard about the ATLAS Internship Program at a career fair and joined because she wanted to gain leadership experience while contributing to a collaborative student organization. She was especially drawn to the Data Explorers Working Group for its focus on data, student engagement, and creating opportunities for students to connect and learn.
As an Assistant Program Coordinator Trainee with the Data Explorers Working Group, Stuti helps organize the Data Explorers Accessibility Workshop, coordinates the Data Explorers Series presentations, and creates content for the group's website. Through these projects, she supports initiatives that make data-focused learning and professional development more accessible to students.
During her internship, Stuti has strengthened both her technical and professional skills. She has gained experience with graphic design and Microsoft tools while also improving her communication, public speaking, and initiative through planning events and collaborating with teammates.
Looking ahead, Stuti hopes to pursue a career as a Business Analyst or Risk Management Analyst, where she can use data-driven insights to solve real-world business challenges. Outside of work, she enjoys watching psychological thrillers, reading new books, and trying new restaurants.
