The Computer-Based Testing Facility (CBTF) is a network of in-person, computer-based proctoring facilities jointly supported by the Grainger College of Engineering and the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences.
Designed to relieve faculty of exam logistics, the CBTF handles scheduling, proctoring, and technical oversight. Exams are administered in a secure environment with professional proctors and network restrictions that limit access to only the content delivered through the designated learning management system. During the fall and spring semesters, the CBTF offers flexible testing options seven days a week while ensuring exam integrity.
