Kaleb Jordan

Kaleb Jordan, a senior majoring in Statistics, is in his first semester as an intern at ATLAS. Introduced to the program by friends and classmates, Kaleb saw it as an invaluable opportunity to refine his skills and gain experience in a collaborative setting. His role as a Business Process Improvement Intern for FormBuilder has been transformative. Tasked with creating forms to enhance business performance, Kaleb played a crucial role in developing a data collection form for I-PAWS and improving existing procedures. His efforts culminated in the creation of aggregated form views that ensure data is correctly labeled, showcasing his ability to streamline processes and enhance data accuracy.

 

Kaleb's internship journey has been marked by significant skill acquisition. From mastering FormBuilder form creation and Business Process Improvement to understanding workflow diagrams and Six Sigma principles, Kaleb has built a robust technical skill set. Moreover, his experience in data visualization further bolsters his capabilities as a future data analyst.

Beyond technical skills, Kaleb's internship has enriched his understanding of teamwork and client relations. He has learned the intricacies of fulfilling client needs, a vital skill for any aspiring professional. With plans to continue at ATLAS in the fall and ambitions to secure a data analyst position in the sports industry, Kaleb is well on his way to achieving his dream job.
