Lily Ho is a junior studying computer science and astronomy, with minors in both business and informatics. She is working for ATLAS on the mobile Moodle development team. She is currently the Lead Developer on the team, which means she delegates tasks, sets goals and the project pace, and trains new interns coming onto the project. After working with ATLAS, she has decided to change her career path due to her internship experiences. Lily was originally planning on going into a career with coding, but has decided that she likes the managerial aspect of project management and has decided to pursue that instead. She will take her leadership skills with her in the future. She is also thankful that ATLAS has pushed her to become even more organized than she was when she started. Lily's favorite part of the internship program is the flexibility and freedom with which interns can approach their projects. Lastly, her favorite part of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign is that it allows you flexibility in picking your class schedules and allows you to manage your time as you please.
