Luke Kampwerth

Luke Kampwerth is a senior studying philosophy at the University of Illinois. Having been referred to the program by Dr. Kirstin Wilcox, Luke now serves as a Data Analyst for the Humanities Professional Resource Center (HPRC). His responsibilities have included sorting, interpreting, and visualizing data (via Excel or Tableau) that applies to humanities students. Currently, he is sorting through a large database of job titles from Handshake; such data will hopefully aid Luke in establishing employment trends for graduates of the university. Upon graduating, Luke hopes to pursue a career in academia, with a professorship being of particular interest. Through his internship, Luke has been able to refine his technological literacy and further develop his professional communication skills. Finally, a fun fact about Luke: his favorite food is pizza!
