Rachel Finegold is a junior majoring in English. She heard about the ATLAS Internship Program through the LAS Lineup newsletter. She is working for Habitat for Humanity in Champaign as a Digital Media Analyst. Rachel helps improve their social media and responds to emails. She also has the important task of bridging the gap between what the community thinks Habitat is doing and what they are actually doing for our community. Rachel hopes that one day she will write screenplays for the entertainment industry. From her ATLAS internship experience, she will take a greater understanding of how a not-for-profit business operates. Lastly, Rachel’s favorite thing to do in her free time is to play volleyball!
