Yuewei Yang

Yuewei Yang is a Junior studying Statistics.

Yuewei is a Data Analyst for ATLAS, and is working for Professor Rebecca Thornton to study the Affordable Care Act’s influence on breastfeeding versus formula feeding. Yuewei first learned about ATLAS through the LAS website, and through the internship, Yuewei hopes to develop his programming skills, as well as his ability to apply programming languages to solve real-world problems.

After graduation, Yuewei plans to seek a full-time job or a Masters degree. He is motivated by the experience he gains at work, and prefers to study at home or at the library.
