ATLAS operates utilizing a leadership team model led by a tenured faculty member serving as the Director. Each leadership member has responsibility for their team service areas and collaborates heavily as a group. Significant decisions that impact the organization and technology needs of the College of LAS are made as a group. Members of the leadership team have strategic roles on campus and institutional committees and working groups representing the College of LAS. The group seeks to establish, maintain, and leverage partnerships with other campus units.
