Desktop Support (SOS) Team

ATLAS SOS Team Overview

Members of the ATLAS SOS team are most often the primary and initial contact for LAS faculty and staff and ATLAS.  SOS members are embedded within more than 50 of the College's 60 departments and units.  This team is the most visible ATLAS team and serves a vital role in ensuring individuals in LAS have technology resources that meet or exceed their needs. 

SOS members will serve as liaisons helping individuals find technology resources that they personally do not support.  SOS works closely with those technology professionals in LAS units who may not be ATLAS employees.  Together they work to serve the College and have raised the minimum technology resources available to everyone at Illinois.
