Did you know that the campus Outlook/Exchange calendar has features to help streamline scheduling meetings?  Have you tried using the Scheduling Assistant?  It's easy to use.

  1. Create a new meeting in Outlook
  2. Find and select the Scheduling Assistant button.
  3. Enter the names of the people involved in the meeting.
  4. At a minimum, you will see the free/busy times from their calendar. 
  5. Find a common free time and schedule the meeting!
