Vismayak is a senior studying computer engineering with a minor in mathematical statistics. He became aware of the ATLAS Internship Program after working for the ATLAS help desk; additionally, his supervisor recommended him to apply to the internship program. Vismayak is working for the study abroad team in the College of Education on updating their website. He has been working on site migration and making the website more aesthetically pleasing through programming. He is hoping to have a career in machine learning or data science after college. He is hoping to take his enthusiasm for projects with him in his future endeavors. Vismayak’s favorite part of the ATLAS Internship Program is that it gives LAS students the chance to try out different types of jobs and abilities before entering the job market. Other than the internship program, Vismayak is involved in the RSO called Etta Kappa Nu (HKN) which is an honor society for electrical and computer engineering students.
