Ziqi Wang, a junior majoring in Advertising, is currently an intern for University Payroll & Benefits (UPB) as a Process Documentation Intern. In this role, she reviews video recordings of UPB processes, uses the videos to develop and update process documentation, and reviews, tests, and evaluates the effectiveness of documentation for training purposes.
