Ziqi Wang

Ziqi Wang, a junior majoring in Advertising, is currently an intern for University Payroll & Benefits (UPB) as a Process Documentation Intern. In this role, she reviews video recordings of UPB processes, uses the videos to develop and update process documentation, and reviews, tests, and evaluates the effectiveness of documentation for training purposes. Ziqi also edits video demonstrations and transfers documentation into a structured on-the-job training program. She is currently working on creating a OneNote page for UPB. Ziqi hopes to improve her communication skills through this internship and gain experience in using OneNote.
